Home Farm Caravan Park

Isle of Anglesey

Award-winning park near Marian-glas, five minutes from sandy beaches

About Home Farm Caravan Park

Home Farm sits inland at Marian-glas on the north-east side of Anglesey, in a sheltered position well away from any main road. The ground is terraced and gently sloping with clearly marked pitches, some with tree shade and some open, and there is a choice of grass, hardstanding and fully serviced pitches for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents. It was named AA Campsite of the Year for Wales in 2023 and the standard of maintenance is what you would expect from that.

Facilities are strong for families. The centrally heated amenity blocks are the headline, but there are also indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a tennis court, a ball games field and a pool table, which between them cover most weather. An on-site shop stocks holiday essentials and camping accessories, there is free wifi across the park, and a large dog walking area makes it genuinely practical for people travelling with dogs rather than merely tolerant of them.

The location works well as a touring base. Several sandy beaches, including Benllech and Lligwy, are around five minutes away by car, and the Anglesey Coastal Path is easily reached for day walks along the north-east shore. Beaumaris and the Menai Strait restaurants are twenty to twenty-five minutes south, and the A55 puts Bangor and Eryri within half an hour. The park opens from the start of April to the end of October and closes over winter. Peak-season weeks book up early, particularly for serviced pitches, so reserve ahead if you are travelling in the school holidays.
