Crouchers Hotel, part of the wider Crouchers Orchards estate on Birdham Road, sits on farmland south of Chichester on the road towards the marina, West Wittering and the harbour villages. The 26 bedrooms are split between the main farmhouse-style building and separate garden rooms, giving a quieter option than a purely town-centre stay.

The estate runs two restaurants, the Potager and the Cider House Kitchen, alongside a bar serving light meals, and also lets a number of self-catering cottages for longer stays or larger groups. The grounds and surrounding countryside are used for weddings and events throughout the year.

Its position roughly midway between Chichester itself and the beach at West Wittering makes Crouchers a practical base for combining a day in the city with an afternoon on the coast, and it welcomes dogs, which is not the case at every hotel in the area.
