Conwy Touring Park

Conwy

A large touring park a mile from Conwy's town walls with valley and mountain views

About Conwy Touring Park

Conwy Touring Park, also known as Conwy Holiday Park, sits on Llanrwst Road about a mile outside the walled town, on rising ground overlooking the River Conwy and the Snowdonia foothills. It is a large, well-established site geared mainly towards touring caravans and motorhomes, with hard-standing pitches and long-running family ownership behind its day-to-day running.

On-site facilities include electric hookups, a shower and toilet block, a laundrette, free WiFi across the park, and the Swallows Nest bar and bistro serving food through the season. Indoor and outdoor children's play areas make it a practical choice for families, and the park is pet-friendly throughout. A public footpath leads from the site into Conwy town itself, and a bus stop nearby gives an option other than driving in.

The park is open primarily through the touring season and is a straightforward base for exploring both the town, a few minutes away by car or a longer walk, and the wider Conwy Valley and Snowdonia beyond. Its size and facilities make it better suited to caravans and motorhomes than to a small, quiet tent pitch, though tent camping is accommodated.
