Bryn Guest House is a Victorian family home built around 1860 on Sychnant Pass Road, at the edge of Conwy's old town, with walled gardens that back directly onto the medieval town walls. It has been run as a bed and breakfast for many years and holds a 4-star Visit Wales rating, alongside a long-standing reputation as one of the best-reviewed guest houses in the town.

The house offers five bedrooms, four en-suite and one with a private bathroom, individually furnished in keeping with the building's period, and a separate holiday cottage on the grounds sleeping four. Breakfast makes use of local and seasonal ingredients, and the gardens, tended carefully enough to have won regional Wales in Bloom awards for years running, are a genuine feature of a stay rather than an afterthought.

Its position on the edge of the walls means the castle, quay and shops are all within a short walk, while the quieter setting on Sychnant Pass Road, heading out towards the pass itself, gives more peace than a stay directly in the town centre.
