About Bron Eifion Country House Hotel

Bron Eifion is a Grade II listed Victorian country house dating from 1883, set back from the coast road just outside Criccieth in landscaped gardens with views towards the Llŷn Peninsula. The house's most striking feature is its galleried hall with a vaulted timber ceiling, used as the hotel's restaurant and one of the reasons the property is such a well-established wedding venue.

Bedrooms are spread through the main house and a converted stable block, individually furnished in keeping with the building's period character, and the grounds include a sun terrace and lawns that make the most of the rural setting. The restaurant is open to non-residents as well as guests, serving British dishes built around local produce, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available.

The hotel is a short drive from Criccieth's beaches and castle and from Snowdonia National Park, making it a comfortable, quieter base for exploring the area than a town-centre stay, particularly for guests who want gardens and parking on their doorstep.
