Camping and Caravanning Club Site Hereford

Herefordshire

Club-run touring site at Little Tarrington, about eight miles from Hereford

About Camping and Caravanning Club Site Hereford

This Camping and Caravanning Club site sits in open countryside near Little Tarrington, around eight miles east of Hereford on the road towards Ledbury, giving easy access to the city as well as the Herefordshire orchards and the western edge of the Malvern Hills. Like most club sites it is well maintained and quietly run, with generously spaced pitches set among trees and hedgerows rather than in tight rows.

The site offers electric hook-up pitches for caravans and motorhomes alongside tent pitches, modern shower and toilet facilities, and a small on-site shop for basics, though it does not carry the extensive leisure facilities of larger commercial parks. Its rural setting suits those who want a calm, well-run base rather than an activity-focused holiday, with the surrounding lanes good for cycling and the Herefordshire Trail passing nearby for longer walks.

Hereford's cathedral and city centre are a straightforward drive away, and the site also works well as a stopover for visitors splitting a longer tour between the Cotswolds, the Wye Valley and the Welsh Marches. Non-members can usually stay for a small additional fee, and booking ahead is recommended through the main summer holiday period.
