Spacious pitches. Friendly & helpful hosts. Good facilities but probably not enough when full. Beautiful location. Close to town for groceries etc yet so peaceful. Recommend a walk to Yarmouth via the Red Lion.

Had a great week here in July with our dogs. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The pitches were really good sized, plenty of space in beween each caravan/tent/ motorhome. The facilities were really clean and the wash up area had plenty of sinks!! The designated dog walking area was really good, it was all closed in and really quite big compared to a lot of the sites. If the ferry price would come down, we'd love to go back.

What a lovely campsite! We took the campervan and camped Friday/Saturday nights and had a great time. Superbly run with excellent facilities and top drawer local info from reception! Beautiful views from the prime pitches and great location for lovely walks, bars and restaurants as long as you can make the effort to walk 15- 20 minutes. We took the coastal path all the way to the Needles on Saturday...quite hilly so be fit...but we'll worth it. Ate at The Hut Friday night (expensive but worth every penny!)and the Waterfront on the Saturday, Captains cafe on Sunday and all highly recommended. We'll definitely go again to Heathfield. Thanks for a great weekend!
