The property offers a handful of individually furnished rooms geared towards a personal, home-from-home style of stay rather than a standardised hotel experience.

Guests consistently highlight the attention to detail and the warmth of the welcome, with the owners on hand to offer local recommendations for restaurants, pubs and walks on the Downs. The central location makes it an easy base for visiting during Bonfire Night or the Saturday farmers' market, both within a few minutes on foot.
