Hook Farm Camping and Caravan Park

Family-run touring park in Uplyme, a riverside walk from Lyme Regis
About Hook Farm Camping and Caravan Park
Hook Farm sits in the village of Uplyme, just over the Devon border and within an easy, well-signed riverside walk of Lyme Regis town centre, making it the closest touring site to the harbour. The family-run park covers around seven acres of level and gently sloping grass, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with pitches for tents, campervans and motorhomes alongside a small number of static caravans available to hire for those without their own kit.
Facilities are geared towards a straightforward, well-maintained camping stay rather than a resort experience: a heated shower and toilet block, electric hook-up points on the majority of pitches, a small on-site shop stocked with camping essentials, basic groceries and barbecue supplies, and a laundry room. Dogs are welcome across most of the site, and the surrounding lanes and coast path make for good on-lead walking straight from the pitch.
The park's setting is genuinely rural, with views over the wooded Lym valley, yet Lyme Regis's shops, restaurants and beach are reachable on foot in around 20 to 25 minutes without needing to move the car. That combination of quiet countryside and easy town access, alongside the site's long-standing family management, has made it a regular return for campers who want Lyme Regis without staying in the town itself.
