Tresco House occupies the grounds of a former vicarage a few miles from Marlborough, run on a bed and breakfast basis with two en suite rooms in the main house, the Yellow Room and the Lilac Room, alongside two recently converted self-catering cottages, the Coach House and the Courtyard Cottage. The setting is quiet and rural, with a garden and grounds that give the property a proper countryside feel rather than a town-centre stay.

Rooms in the main house include a full English breakfast, cooked to order and served in the house rather than a communal breakfast room, while the self-catering cottages suit longer stays or those wanting their own kitchen and living space. Each cottage has its own bedroom, bathroom and open-plan living area.

Being a short drive from Marlborough itself, Tresco House works well as a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Downs, Savernake Forest and the Avebury monuments, while still keeping the town's shops and restaurants within easy reach for evenings out.
