Tyddyn Isaf sits above Lligwy Bay at Dulas, a few miles north of Moelfre, and has been run by the same family for over fifty years. The park has direct access down to Lligwy Beach, a wide sweep of sand backed by dunes, and makes the most of its position with a well-equipped gym looking out over the bay alongside its holiday and touring facilities.

The park's main focus is luxury holiday home ownership, but it also takes touring caravans on a seasonal basis along with a limited number of camping and touring pitches, so it suits both longer-stay static guests and passing tourers. On-site facilities include a shop stocking holiday essentials, a licensed coffee shop known as Hen Ysgubor housed in a converted barn, a takeaway, high-speed WiFi across the park, a children's playground and an area of established woodland good for a quieter walk away from the pitches.

The coastal footpath runs along the park's edge, giving easy access to Moelfre in one direction and Dulas and Amlwch further north. Its combination of beach access, food options on site and family-friendly facilities has made it one of the better-known parks on this coast, and its multiple industry awards reflect a consistently well-maintained setting; booking ahead is advisable, particularly for the touring pitches during peak summer weeks.

Moelfre village is a short drive south, giving easy access to the harbour, the Seawatch Centre and the fish and chip shop for an evening out, while Dulas and Amlwch on the northern coast are within easy reach for a longer day trip. The park's woodland walk and stretch of coastal path are also good for a quieter evening stroll after a day on the beach.
