What visitors say
We stayed here for 4 months over winter whilest traveling Cornwall a while back now. It was cosy and they even let us put some solar panel lights around the trees. Listening too the owls from the woods through the night us realy peaceful. It was Perfect for us, we made some great memories here! Lawrence and his wife was always lovely and I would love to revisit sometime when our children are a little older. The tomatos you can buy from here are the best I’ve ever tasted.. you can eat a whole box like sweets! Definitely recommend. Theres plenty too do nearby too. Thanks , from Ben & Natalie

Vi had booked and paid in advance for 2 nights at this place. When we arrived there was nobody there. We tried to Call the owner, but he didn’t answer. The whole place seemed abandoned. The pitches were overgrown with weeds. The toilet was a wooden shed with a code lock on which we didn’t know the code for. All in all it not af pleasant place and we cannot recommend to anyone.

So great! We are French and we went there last summer. The owner is really nice! The 4 pitches are large enough, clean and well defined (just be careful to the slope). You've got access to a shower and toilets. You can buy products from the farm (eggs are absolutely divine!). Lots of things to do around!

We visited this campsite for the first time, and our experience was quite disappointing. This campsite has just four pitches for motorhomes below and some more on top. There is no reception, so you just pitch where there is space. We arrived and could not get hold of the owner, so we did not know where to park or the code to get to the toilets and showers. If there were not other campers, we would not have been able to stay because we could not get into the toilet and shower facilities. We have a roof tent, so this place was not much good for us because there is no dishwashing station. Just electrical hookups and water, and locked toilets and showers. Probably we would not come to the campsite again. Not really ideal for a rooftop tent. #travelwithtentbox
