Cleeve Caravan Park sits among mature trees on the Glasgow Road on the western fringe of Perth, close enough to the city centre for a short drive in but set back far enough to feel calm and self-contained. It is a well-established touring park with a reputation for tidy, spacious pitches and a genuinely quiet atmosphere, popular with couples and older campers as well as families.
The park takes touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, with hardstanding and grass pitches available and electric hook-up across most of the site. Shower and toilet facilities are kept to a good standard, and there is a small shop on site for basic supplies, along with laundry facilities. The layout, with generous spacing between pitches and screening from trees and hedging, gives it a more private feel than many sites this close to a city.
Its position just off the A85 and within easy reach of the A9 makes it a convenient stopover for those touring further into the Highlands as well as a base for exploring Perth itself, with Scone Palace, Huntingtower Castle and Kinnoull Hill all within a short drive.
