Fortitude Cottage is a small guest house tucked into the cobbled streets of Old Portsmouth, overlooking the working fishing harbour of the Camber Dock rather than the busier tourist areas further round the waterfront.
Several rooms have views directly over the harbour and out towards the Solent, and the guest house's period building and personal, family-run service give it a character quite different from the larger chain hotels nearer Gunwharf Quays.
