Jordana Lodge is a detached property set within Glenesk Holiday Park's wooded grounds. Built on a single level, it contains three bedrooms—one double and two twin rooms—along with a shower room and separate toilet, sleeping up to six guests. The open-plan living and dining area has a wood-burning stove, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven and gas hob. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all provided, plus Wi-Fi throughout.
The lodge comes with parking for two cars on-site. One well-behaved pet stays free. The holiday park itself has a children's play area, gym and sauna available to guests; the grounds also contain an unfenced pond, so families with young children should be aware. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Edzell village, about a mile away, has shops and cafes plus Edzell Castle nearby. The Blue Door Walk begins close by, following the North Esk river through woodland and past waterfalls. Fishing for brown trout and salmon is possible on local waters, and the area suits cyclists and hill-walkers—Cairn O' Mount is accessible for longer routes. Dunnottar Castle and the Angus Folk Museum are within reasonable driving distance for days out.
