The main bedroom has a double bed and picture windows framing views across Boyndie Bay; the second has a ¾ double. A shower room serves both. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and tumble dryer, so you can cook proper meals or travel light. The living room opens onto a patio through glass doors, and there's a sitting area looking onto a coastal path that runs alongside the property. The cottage sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Inverboyndie, within a short walk of Banff Bay and Inverboyndie Beach. A pub, shop and restaurant are about 400 yards away. This stretch of Aberdeenshire coast suits people wanting to explore on foot—the beaches are accessible, and there's a coastal path to wander. If you prefer structured activity, boat trips to see dolphins, golf courses at Duff House and Macduff, and the Whisky Trail are all nearby. No smoking inside the property.
