I stayed at the campsite for a couple of nights. Really peaceful, clean toiilets and good showers. The owner Anne was there to welcome me and show me around. A really lovely, helpful lady. She also took me to Moira train station (about 15mins drive) to catch a train to Belfast, she also very kindly collected me and bought me back. A lovely woman. A good local pub just 10mins walk away. A good clean campsite, very peaceful, I'd definitely recommend this site.

Ann and Trevor are gracious hosts and really helpful. The showers are hot and feel so good on a chilly morning. The field is so peaceful and quiet and we felt so safe and relaxed in the secluded campground. It is a great place to just chill out and recover. The area is stunning and charming.

First: very very nice and helpful staff! But the Campsite is just a large lawn and a gravel field. Totally fine for a stopover, but not very nice for a longer stay. The campsite is not directly at the lake: you do not have a lake view here (other than suggested by some pictures here). Also there is no trail of footpath to or at the lake in this area. So I cannot recommend this Campsite, if you want to go to the lake. Maybe try Kinnego Marina instead. The facilities were good and clean.
