We had an absolutely brilliant time at Strawberry Field Wacky Warehouse and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic — every single person was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Their positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The team were always on hand, making sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was happy and comfortable. You could really tell they cared about providing great service, which makes such a difference, especially in a family-friendly environment like this. The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and well organised, making it a great place to visit. Overall, it was a faultless experience thanks to the amazing staff and the welcoming vibe. We would 100% recommend Strawberry Field Wacky Warehouse to anyone looking for a great day out, and we’ll definitely be coming back again very soon. A huge thank you to the whole team for such a lovely visit — five stars all the way!

Dirty and run down, this has gone so down hill within a few years. I used to take my daughter all the time but I can't now it's just gross and full of parents that let their kids be feral with no intervention. It's just rough and the food isn't nice either.

Apart from taking 15 minutes to get in from the bloke serving 1 person we then found it FILTHY and disgusting in the Wacky Warehouse. All the tables had a film of scum on them. A fingernail on the floor. And just general poor hygiene in the place. This should be the most important thing for this brand considering it caters for babies, toddlers and young children and it is severely lacking. Everything stuck to the table it was that dirty that we had to clean it ourself and it was filthy as you can see in the pictures. Every table was like this. We arrived at 1030 so it hadn’t long been open. For most of the time there was no staff serving. It’s cheap but cleanliness and safety seem to be on the bottom of the priorities for this place. AVOID at all costs. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Spoke to the manager who seemed quite blasé about it. It the still took the chap working the warehouse 25 minutes to start tidying up the dirty plates and mess everywhere. He then approached me and asked why I had complained!! We decided to leave at that point and certainly wasn’t going to eat there like we had planned to.

Anytime we visit the area, we come to Strawberry Field Wacky Warehouse! It’s a nice clean environment to take our kids and they have a great time! It’s affordable to play and eat. The best part- we’re able to have a coffee in peace whilst our children play. Def recommend!
