Chevin View spreads across three floors, offering substantial accommodation within walking distance of Belper town centre. Six bedrooms and two bathrooms provide sleeping space for up to 15 guests. The lower ground floor contains three bedrooms—one with an ensuite shower—plus a family bathroom. On the ground floor, a combined living and dining room opens onto the kitchen, which has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all standard appliances for cooking from scratch. A fourth bedroom with an ensuite wet room sits on this level, with an additional separate toilet. Upstairs, two further bedrooms occupy the first floor, along with a bathroom.

Essential services—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are provided throughout your stay. One well-behaved pet can stay at no extra cost. The back garden includes decked seating and a private hot tub accommodating six people. Five cars can park on site, with additional roadside spaces available. The property does not permit smoking. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand for families with young children, though note there are seven steps in the garden itself.
