We took grandchildren to the climbing wall and soft play, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Facilities are great. However, we were disappointed by the staff behind the counter in the soft play area, who told us that we couldn't put the kids into the clip n climb because we'd arrived late, even though there was still 30 minutes of our session still remaining. When we asked the clip n climb assistants, they said "no problem" and let the kids in (after watching the training video etc). The same counter staff refused to sell us with snack bars, drinks and instead told us to exit the soft play area and join a very long queue in the main concourse. Unhelpful. Poor management. Some staff training required....?

I had a really great experience with Bliss at Everyone Active. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I spoke with her. She took the time to clearly explain all the membership options and made sure I understood the different services available, which made the whole process so much easier. What really stood out was how knowledgeable she was — she answered every question with confidence and gave helpful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Overall, amazing service from Bliss — friendly, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me. A real credit to the team!

I highly recommend Germaine’s Zumba class. She is friendly and gives hand signals to indicate the next move. She is also super welcoming and checks on you after your first class. I also love dance fitness, body combat and aqua aerobics. Those instructors are very good too. And I know what you’re thinking…No aqua isn’t easy. The virtual ones especially are hard work. Your muscles will be killing you 😂 It’s circuit training, body combat and body attack in the water 💪. Overall I would say Amersham Lifestyle centre is cleaner and better resourced than other Everyone active centres in the area.

Extremely good gym. Been going for 1 and a half years and I have to say, I've thoroughly enjoyed every session since. As a side note: There is a personal trainer named Cameron who has been pushing me to be my best self in the gym, and I gotta say it pushed me to get my bench from 60 kilos to 150 within said time period. And all my other lifts also significantly increased with his advice, so it’d be an understatement to call the guy a legend 👌🏼
