Been visiting for years, live locally. Always a nice place to go for a walk or a picnic. Often meet up with friends at the cafe or for a short walk to sit and look over the hills. Good place for families (I use to play in the park all the time as a kid too) the lake is nice to sit near, though it isn’t a lot of room for a bigger group because it’s for fishing. A quieter area of the park.

Always a nice day out here with my 2 grandsons Huge playground for kids to run around and variety of swings slides etc we love the trampoline + there is a nice cafeteria if you are thirsty, peckish or wanted a quick break 😀

Visited 31/12/25. Wonderful, well-kept park with fantastic views across East Bedfordshire. The walking routes range from easy to the slightly more technical that run across the back of the park leading down to the pond. It’s made very clear upon entry that all dog poo should be picked up but - sadly - we saw people taking no notice of that. It was very busy when we went but this wasn’t surprising given parking there is free. Overall, very picturesque - especially on a frosty morning. Highly recommended!
