About Armagh City Hotel
Armagh City Hotel works well for a fair range of trips: families wanting a pool to keep children entertained, golfers using nearby courses like Tandragee, couples planning a wedding around the bridal suite, or business visitors needing meeting rooms and straightforward parking. With 93 rooms, it has the scale to handle groups and events alongside individual stays, and en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and family rooms cover most practical needs.
Guests get a restaurant and bar on site, plus a snack bar for something quicker, and breakfast is included as part of the stay. The indoor swimming pool and spa/sauna add a bit of downtime beyond the room, while room service, laundry service and concierge support take care of the more practical side of a stay. Accessible rooms and a lift mean the hotel is easy to navigate, and free on-site parking removes one of the usual hassles of a city visit.
The location in Armagh puts golf, pubs, restaurants and local entertainment within easy reach, with Portadown a short drive away for those wanting to explore further afield. It's a hotel built around convenience and facilities rather than boutique charm, which suits travellers who want everything on-site and nearby.
