DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE Jesus where do I start. 4 adults and one toddler travelled from England to Scotland we called to say we was 5 minutes away and was told to call when here and the lady would meet us at the "house" we turned up to what i can only describe looked like a traveller sight, the road conditions and pot holes were horrendous, a danger to vehicles, anyway we called the woman but the phone was not connecting so we had to wait around in a car after a 5 hour journey for her to appear. Once she did we was directed to our caravan which looked ok from the outside which was a suprise given some caravans had smashed windows and rubbish outside of them, however walking in we was greeted with a strong smell of damp. Upon inspection we were modified the place was disgusting. Thick dust, cob webs, dead flies, mucky carpets, broken sofa, broken lights, broken tap and FULL BIN with food in! We instantly looked online for places to stay but unfortunately nothing was available so we had to go buy cleaning products to give it a clean consuming time of our holiday. The smell came back the next day it was awful, we tried to spend as much time out as possible so we was not in the caravan. It felt so dirty and uncomfortable. Leaving we had no idea where to put the key. No key box or reception. The full place is horrendous with zero communication. I have tried to get a refund however the place isnt entertaining it given all the above, thats says alot about them. Hopefully they can use our money to actually clean properly if they know how to do this. Disgusting will never ever stay here again. They should be ashamed. I have photos but unsure hoe to upload

Well …. I liked this place it did what it promised and we got a lovely clean warm (we went in January) caravan , it’s in the perfect place for amenities C lose to girvan high street, Asda ect ….. but upon arrival I thought we’d arrived at a gypsy site ,the road was pot holed worse than the back streets of downtown Islamabad !!!! The site I thought was abandoned with half missing caravans and missing caravans !! There was a really bad storm the previous week , so we can’t blame them for it wholly , but there’s caravans that look like they’ve been peeled !!!! As I read the worst reviews on here and It looks like this isn’t all down to storms !!! But saying it needs renovation is only a statement they can’t do anything about it, girvan like thousands of other seaside places needs people to go there use the shops and put life back it to them …..thanks
