National White Water Centre

Today I went white water rafting for the first time and what a place to do it. The team are absolutely amazing. There was an issue with our booking that wasn’t their fault and they were so accommodating and bent over backwards to fit us in. The whole experience from being to end was so professional, all the staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. Charlie, our boatman was great fun and we all had the best time. Thank you so much to all the team. I can’t wait to come back

Genuinely over impressed by the team and the facilities here. We had an amazing afternoon here after delaying our trip for 18 months owing to an injury. The team are so friendly and accommodating. We were assigned to Sammi and he was a true character. Added bonus for us was the introduction of Vicky our instructor and guide for the rafting. At first it wasn’t obvious, as Vicky gave an amazing tutorial with practical examples of each of the moves following her commands, but it turned out she was new to the site (3 months) and yet she smashed each one of our 3 runs with the help and guidance of her coach and mentor Sammi. Made up with the whole experience and we will definitely be back again with not only our friends but our families too. Thank you to the whole team, we felt welcome, safe and overall pleased with our rafting experience.

We had the most fantastic time white water rafting today. Brendan our guide was brilliant, kept us all safe whilst infusing humour and fun into the experience. He tailored the rafting to each couples preferences/ability. I would highly recommend!

This was a brilliant experience! We’re so glad we came across the National White Water Centre during our holiday in Wales. The staff were all fantastic – so friendly and helpful – and we felt completely safe, which made it easier to relax and enjoy the experience. Particular thanks to our guide, Finn, who made the day especially memorable. We would definitely recommend it as an unforgettable activity to do with family and friends!
