What guests say
We recently held our wedding reception at Ross Park, and although I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, the service we received was so exceptional that it would be a disservice not to recognise it. From our very first meeting with Keith when booking the venue, we knew Ross Park was where we wanted to celebrate our wedding. Every question we had and every request we made in the lead-up to the big day was handled with professionalism and ease. We were continually reassured throughout the planning process, which made everything feel stress-free and allowed us to enjoy the experience. The venue itself was beautifully presented. Our guests were welcomed in the Garden Lounge with tea, coffee, and biscuits, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The Ross Suite looked fantastic for the wedding meal, and the catering staff were outstanding. Their organisation and attention to detail ensured every guest received the correct meal, while dietary requirements were catered for seamlessly. The level of service was truly second to none. The food was exceptional, without doubt some of the best wedding food we have ever had. In fact, one guest messaged me the next day asking if I could find out how the mashed potatoes were made! A special mention must also go to William, who managed our wedding day. It may sound cliché, but he genuinely couldn’t do enough for my wife and I. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a huge difference and helped make the day run perfectly. We would both like to sincerely thank everyone at Ross Park for making our wedding day so special. The team went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or better people to share such an important occasion with.

Stayed over after a function and as always the service was second to none. A homely atmosphere, spotlessly clean and the food excellent. Very handy location near to a number of towns and only 25 minutes from Belfast.

The rooms are in need of a makeover.. Probably the whole hotel as well…Quite Dated rooms with no USB facilities so beware.. Shower over bath.. Not Ideal ..But the rooms are cosy clean and nice beds.. The staff are fine and the food and service is above average so don’t be put off!
