What visitors say
We’ve been coming here for a few years. Site urgently needs investment, particularly in facilities block b. One of the chemical waste disposals often isn’t working. Location is the best thing about the site. Right on the beach with stunning views and sunsets.

We just stayed at Banff Links Caravan Park for the first time, and unfortunately, it wasn't the experience we were hoping for. I've given it 2 stars because there were a couple of positives, but the negatives outweighed them for us. The positives: - The location is fantastic. Being right on the beach with the beautiful sea views is definitely the highlight of the site. - The children's play park has some new upgraded equipment, which was great to see. Our kids had a brilliant time playing there. The negatives: - The mens toilet facilities were a big disappointment. Only two out of the four cubicles were usable, one of those didn't even have a lock on the door, and there were no paper towels or a working hand dryer to dry your hands. In general, the toilets also didn't seem particularly clean. - The pitches are very narrow. We don't have a motor mover on our caravan, so reversing onto the pitch was extremely difficult. Thankfully, the pitch directly opposite us was empty, allowing us enough room to manoeuvre. Had someone been parked there, I honestly don't know how we would have managed. - There are lots of stinging nettles and other overgrown plants directly behind the pitches. With young children, this isn't ideal, and I think a fence or some sort of barrier between the pitches and the vegetation would make the site much safer and more family friendly. Overall, while the beach and play park make this a lovely place to visit for the day, I don't think we'll be returning to stay with our family. If you're looking for a caravan site with spacious, hassle-free pitches and clean, modern facilities, this probably isn't the site for you. Hopefully, some improvements will be made in the future because the location itself has so much potential.

Stunning site with the most amazing sea views. Warden on arrival was very friendly and helpful. 30 minutes walk to the right will take you to Banff and 25 minutes walk to the left will take you to Whitehills both gorgeous coastal walks.
