Love this place! Thank god we booked ahead and I definitely recommend booking the pound an oyster hour which we went to the Sunday 6pm-9pm, plenty of time to get moreish However, you can’t get the oysters dressed even if you offered to pay extra more, it won’t be an option to add more dressing besides your normal Tabasco, shallot vinegar and lemon juice but otherwise can’t complain about £1 an oyster is a bargain! We’ve ordered fish pie and shrimp burger which were both delicious, but I think we should’ve ordered differently. Seafood platter, sharing dishes would’ve been a better option next time! Overall, the experience to have food here was amazing, great view and atmosphere. Definitely recommended!! 10/10

I visited Wright Brothers at Battersea Power Station this evening after attending a pop-up event nearby. I originally went for the £1 oysters 🦪, but once I arrived, I noticed they were offering a two-course set menu for £24 😳which sounded too good to miss. For my starter, I had 3 oysters, followed by the Brixham Whitey for my main from the set menu. I also ordered the octopus as I love it and couldn’t resist. They had 3 different ciders, and I chose the strongest one, happened to be a great choice 👍 It was mellow, refreshing, and not sweet at all. The set menu oysters were small but very tasty, which encouraged me to order 5 more from the £1 oyster deal. Interestingly, the set menu oysters were slightly tastier than the £1 ones, but I enjoyed them all. The octopus was cooked beautifully – tender and not chewy, served with a creamy sauce and pine nuts (though I wish the portion had been a bit larger! 😭). The highlight was the main dish. The pan-fried white fish fillets were perfectly cooked and served on a bed of crushed potatoes and peas, with a delicious sauce (salsa verde?) that worked wonderfully with the delicate fish. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location is fantastic; right by the Thames and next to Battersea Power Station. I’ll definitely visit again, but I also hope they’ll open a branch in Hampstead 😭🙏

Jessica was amazing! So hospitable and welcoming for the pound a pop oyster! She made our experience incredible!! Will definitely be coming back! Service was SO FAST for our 2 servings of two dozen oysters and tasted incredible with a range of lemon, green and red tabasco, and california hogwash which was amazing! There is a new menu deal for 40gbp wine bottle of Muscadet instead of 49gbp if purchasing 12 oysters in pound a pop oysters!

We shared 16 oysters between the two of us, perfectly complemented by a crisp Muscadet. While enjoying the oysters, we tried a couple of Bloody Marys—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re a fan of the drink, they are an absolute must-order. The service was attentive throughout, and the atmosphere is fantastic. It’s a place I’ll definitely be returning to whenever I’m in London and looking for that specific, laid-back energy. P.S - The “Gillardeau” oysters are a must. (Just a thought.)
