Riverside Holiday Home Park

I recently helped my parents (Carole & Bruce) purchase a caravan at Riverside as there time is split between the US and the UK. They are extremely happy with the caravan and think Sharon and Joep do an excellent job maintaining the site. They have been made very welcome since they have arrived and helped with any problems that have cropped up. They feel the location is amazing with views across the river. I have personally used the river numerous times for Kayaking which I thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended location for a holiday home.

When the sun is out it is quite nice, but very dark at night also no wifi and only one small road through the site half the vans do not have a road access only grass OK until it rains.Main carpark is very small and can come full very quickly if there are a lot of visitors on site.The site is well maintained but there are no facilities so not much fun for young family. River is full of weeds so the only type of boating will be with oars. The resident managers do a good job in keeping everything as it stood be with very little tools.

The site is kept clean and tidy at all time by the Site manager and husband with either site maintenance/grass cutting/planting .They will also go out of their way to try and help with any problems you have with your caravan or any site problems. The site is in a quite and peaceful location by the river so what else could you ask for.

Still no Wi Fi why ??????? they are now removing the recycle bin some people are puting all the wrong items in the wrong bins why cant they read sharen has done all shy can to educate the holiday makers so all the rubish now will go to Land fill So sad as there are so few people on site
