What visitors say
Perfect - We stayed for one night. On arrival we were greeted and given recommendations on the best pitch to avoid the winds and rain. Although the weather was not great, it was lovely. The pitch we stayed was sloping downwards, but with the correct position was fine. The ground was flat and comfortable with no pits or uneven patches. I read some negative views regarding the showers and privacy, I didn’t feel they were justified. Nothing wrong with the showers, while camping you don’t expect 5 star accommodation and modern luxuries. I would definitely stay here again.

Glad to be back! - A return visit and another wonderful stay. So calm and relaxed, clean and well appointed but not over the top or too busy. The kids loved when the farmer came past in his tractor and the fire pit was a welcome relaxation when the weather cleared.

Great campsite south of the Dales. Simple but great facilities with clean toilets and hot showers available. Plenty of flat spots for campervans. No hook ups. On weekends you have food vendors coming over. We had pizza and it was great. This is a biker friendly campsite and also one open to people with other vehicles than plain white campers and motorhome. Fantastic riding roads around too!

Really enjoyed our stay, lots of walks nearby and a couple pubs for food. Toilets on site were clean and there were plenty. Staff were friendly when we checkin in and we often saw them coming round bringing wood etc.
