Stayed here for the weekend with my family. Location is great for all attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was a little tired and the mattresses were definitely ready for an upgrade. That said it was clean and they provided fresh towels, parking and a fantastic breakfast to start the day.

Have to give it 5 stars as nothing to complain about. Nice clean rooms with everything we needed. Nice breakfast. Really nice and quiet. Walk just to the end of the street and you can get on trams up and down the "Golden Mile" about every 10 minutes.

Stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed our time at the Shepperton Hotel. Room was on the small side, but adequate for our needs. Situated about 150 metres from the south pier, its a great location for the pleasure Beach too. Breakfast is really good with full English freshly cooked, cereals and yoghurt, Geoff is very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning here again soon.

Rooms had everything we needed. Newly refurbished bathroom. Shower not fastest but plenty of hot water. Beds comfort. Plenty of clothing storage of 2 adults and 1 child. Iron and ironing board in room. Drinks facilities in room - just ask for more tea/coffees/milk as required. We were lucky enough to be allocated a garage space. Geoff was very warm and welcoming. A good cooked breakfast (usually cooked by Tim) plus cereal, toast/jam/marmalade available including yogurt's some mornings. Self serve breakfast. Tea & coffee. Apple juice and orange juice freely available. Would stay again.
