Could not be a better location if you want the Pleasure Beach. Excellent friendly service from Linda and Tony. We chose the small room but it had a suprisingly spacious and new bathroom so it was perfect for what we needed. We have stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool and this is truly a shining star. Extremely clean, excellent price, excellent service, excellent location, excellent breakfast. It was great that you specifically choose what you would like on your breakfast so it's made just right. It being first time in the hotel Got the best breakfast then i have experinced in any other hotel. The rooms are very well kept and the beds are cosy. Tony and Linda make it so homely here with there warm personalities and very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommand to anyone who wants to stay in blackpool as its also close to pleasure beach too.

Linda and Tony were lovely hosts. Perfect location for pleasure beach, the breakfast was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Blackpool!

Clean rooms friendly welcome, short walking distance to promenade. Free WiFi in all rooms, lovely English breakfast which you can customise, continental breakfast. They have a bar with good selection of beers. Cheaper if you book using the website.
