Silver Way is a ground-floor bungalow equipped for families and groups of up to six. The kitchen, installed in 2025, has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, making it straightforward to self-cater. The living and dining room contains a 40-inch TV and DVD player; there is also a conservatory. Three bedrooms include one double and two with twin singles. The single bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle, with a separate toilet. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. Private parking for two cars is on site, and there is a large enclosed garden with a sitting-out area.

The property sits in a quiet residential area, just over 500 yards from Highcliffe Castle and ten minutes' walk from the beach. Christchurch town centre, with its harbour and waterside restaurants, lies three miles away; Mudeford village and its beach are the same distance. Local pubs are within five minutes on foot. Bournemouth, eight miles off, has its pier, parks, shops, bars and restaurants, plus the International Centre and Russell-Cotes Art Gallery Museum.
