The layout spreads across three floors: kitchen and dining space on the lower ground, a living room with a 32-inch smart TV on the ground floor, and on the first floor a double bedroom and shower room. Everything you need for self-catering is here, from a full kitchen to heating, linen and towels, plus wifi to stay connected.

The cottage sits close to local shops and restaurants within walking distance, with a pub less than a mile away. Silsden itself connects easily to larger towns—Skipton is a 15-minute drive, with its leisure centre, farm shop and wider choice of dining. The property has a courtyard with garden furniture and parking on road or in a nearby public car park. There is an unfenced stream behind the property, and children under 10 cannot be accommodated. Smoking is not permitted inside.
