An absolutely amazing 10/10 stay! We will definitely be back. What can I say? This place is incredible. We stayed in the pet-friendly dog cabin, which was so roomy it honestly felt like home—we even looked into whether we could buy it because we were so impressed! When we arrived, we were greeted by the absolutely lovely staff. They immediately informed us about a burst water pipe that was being fixed, meaning the hot tub wasn't working on our first day. Since we arrived around 5–6 PM, we really didn't mind, and the maintenance team had it up and running perfectly by late afternoon the next day. We took full advantage of the on-site activities and loved every minute of the kayaking, pedalos, crazy golf, and footgolf. The kids had an absolute blast. We were also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the on-site bar was, as holiday parks usually charge a premium. No complaints at all! We also tried Bert’s Restaurant. Unfortunately, the extractor fans weren't working on the day we visited, so we couldn't try the specific dishes we had been looking forward to, but the food we did try was great. Our toddlers absolutely loved the playground—so much so that they had a bit of a meltdown when it was time to leave! A massive thank you to the patient staff who were so understanding while we wrangled a toddler fighting to stay. With beautiful views and immaculate cabins, this place is a solid 10/10. We don't get to holiday often—usually just once every three years—but we are already planning to make this an annual (or even bi-annual) trip. And seriously, if you ever sell those log cabins, we will be first in line to buy one! Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Lovely view from Pod. Bit of a walk at night to the toilet and shower facilities, not great in the rain! Onsite food was very tasty and good value, with friendly staff.

Didn't get off to a very good start, drove over 3 hours and wasn't welcomed very warmly by the reception lady, she wasn't very helpful what so ever and came across rude, once we checked into our lodge I couldn't fault it, very clean and spacious and everything we needed for a few quiet says relaxing, the hot tub was clean and warm and a nice view over the pond. There is a little village with a pizza shop that was very nice and a couple of shops for groceries etc, but please be warned Do Not go to the village chippy it was disgusting, payed over £20 for 2 lots of fish and chips only for us to throw straight in the bin, they tasted burnt and left a nasty taste in your mouth afterwards 🤢
