Lovely stay in a beautiful setting. Owners friendly and responsive. The Shepherds Hut was so cosy and well equipped. Beautiful views over the fields. Great location with easy access to Burley and 3 pubs in walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

A thoughtful surprise and absolute treat from a friend. This Shepherd's Hut was beautifully clean and cleverly fitted out for a very cosy stay in peaceful surroundings, whatever the weather. Thank you to Jacqueline and Darren, and Bronte and ? (their two, large, friendly, beautiful dogs who came to say hello ;) It was a lovely, fun break, relaxing by the fire-pit in the evening (again, very cleverly made from a recycled washing machine drum and horseshoes for legs!) after a delicious meal at The Crown. Then in the morning, warm and dry, watching the rain and the swaying trees whilst having breakfast, before leaving for home and reality once again! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you all.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was truly the most gorgeous little place to spend the night. Really comfortable bed with lots of great amenities to self cater (and it's not too far away from towns if you wish to go out!) Almost didn't want to leave and will be back!

After getting married at Sopley Mill we could not have hoped for a more perfect place to spend our wedding night. It's an absolutely stunning location and the Shepherds Hut is done our beautiful with everything that you could hope for and need. We can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another stay soon!
