Excellent guest house, close to Bridlington Spa, the beach and the harbour. The room I stayed in was very clean and well presented with tea/coffee/hot chocolate making facilities and bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent - a choice of cereals and fruit and cooked breakfast to order. The hosts were friendly and helpful. All-in-all, a fantastic place to stay while visiting this seaside town (I stayed for five nights).

Great location. Sue and David are lovely and can't do enough for their guests. We took my mother-in-law who has mobility problems and they were so helpful and caring. We had the room at the top of the house with a sea view which was great but it got very warm as the sun was.on it all the time. David's fried eggs are top class!

Lovely place and the hosts were friendly, my only issues were being unable to find the WiFi password (not the type of thing I wanted to disturb the hosts about at 9pm) and the lack of oat milk in the coffee set up hutbinget it's hard to cater for everyone. The water and the cookies were definitely welcome!

Had a lovely 3day stop at the guesthouse . David and Susan are fantastic hosts , breakfast was cooked to order . I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants a fabulous time in bridlington . Thank you very much David and Susan . Fantastic service all around .
