What visitors say

Jabberwocky

The area around the tower is nice enough with good views of the city, but the tower itself is closed for maintenance with the only sign being on the door to the tower itself, by which point you've already climbed the 266 foot tall hill to get there. A sign at the bottom would have been nice. Edit: Tower is now open once again.

HYong Gan

For those wanting to see the Bristol Skyline but worth the steep climb. Do remember to bring a bottle of water along. It's a historical building so the staircase isn't entirely up to the regulations. May have to squeeze through going up or down the building.

Jonty Crane

Great views of the city but a warning that the spiral staircase is narrow and steep, and gets even narrower at the half way observation level. The views from the top are worth it, but it may not be suitable for those who get claustrophobic, or aren't confident on narrow curving steps.

Kruger

Offers a fantastic 360 view of the city. Access is free but there's only 1 spiral staircase. Steps are really narrow and its extremely difficult to go up/down when other people are squeezing past. There's a halfway point where you can get out to have a view around before continuing all the way to the top.
