Your staff are wonderful, cheerful, and patient. Your computer system, and the mixed instructions about meal deals, click and collect are enough to drive them insane. Half the time the click and collect doesn't send a confirmation. You are taking advantage of the extremely good nature of your staff; it's making them look inefficient. The room and the dining room were all spotless.

Great hotel nice clean and tidy . Nearby road noise meant had to keep the window shut so was a tad hot sleeping . Handy resturant on site serving food and drink was a bonus . And a Costa and maccy d's across the car park too . Its a pity some of the older Travelodges are not upto this standard

Room is neat and tidy. Service not the best, kitchen didn't have any mayonnaise surprisingly. No vegetarian option on breakfast menu as well
