We have just had a wonderful 2 night stay at East House B&B to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. What a beautiful home!! Lauren and Andrew were fantastic hosts who genuinely cared for their guests. Thank you for the sightseeing recommendations! We paid a premium price for this accommodation but it was worth every penny. The Spencer suite oozed luxury with a very comfy bed. We had a two night stay at the East house and I'm so glad we booked East House out of all the many places in the Cotswolds and Broadway. Andrew and Lauren were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for you without going over the top. Andrew and Lauren are brilliant cooks also and the breakfast was the nicest anywhere I've stayed, the full English had bacon which was more like steak in thickness and was wonderfully sourced like all the food... The musli was amazing and the Pancakes were light and fluffy. The bedrooms are very classy and you will sleep well and the house is so beautiful with nice touches of sherry, Port n whiskey left out for the guests to have a night cap if you choose... So stop thinking about booking and just do it and it's worth the money! Thanks so much and we will be back

This was our second stay at this beautiful B&B. Lauren and Andrew are very special hosts who cannot do enough for their guests. Gorgeous rooms, divine breakfasts (best scrambled eggs I've ever had) every conceivable need catered for. In walking distance to Broadway village centre but peace and quiet reigns at East House. Fabulous.

We had a lovely weekend at East House. Lauren and Andrew made us feel so welcome, the room was beautiful & comfortable. Location was perfect to explore Broadway and the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend a stay at East House. Oh yes and of course a delicious breakfast !
