About Birdsong Touring Park

Birdsong Touring Park sits just outside Burgh Le Marsh, offering a quiet, no-frills base for exploring Lincolnshire's coast and countryside. This adults-only site welcomes dogs and provides electric hook-ups, WiFi and fresh water, though you'll need to bring your own facilities as there are no showers or toilets on site—it's designed for fully self-contained tourers. Open year-round, it suits those after a peaceful overnight or longer stay without the bustle of a full-service park. The straightforward setup won't suit everyone, but if you value simplicity and space over amenities, it makes a handy, well-rated stopover.

We have stayed here 2 years ago and I can honestly say its a beautiful site to stay on, you can hear the birds daily, the pond was clean, the land was great i would highly recommend this site and is nothing like what one disgruntled couple state, as the owners state 7 days where perfect, the further 4 was also perfect and asked for 2 more, so obviously enjoyed ones stay, but if I had personally pre booked that particular pitch and someone wanted to extend there stay then sorry you are required to move to a new pitch as you wanted to stay longer on a pre booked pitch, if the tables were turned I'm fairly confident this person wouldn't be happy to be asked to pitch elsewhere till the pitch became free that was pre booked in advance. Two years later 29/3/2026 we are on the site 100 yards up the road from main site and so beautiful, karen placed us on pitch 4 overlooking the pond, seeing the ducks playing is so relaxing, in the mean time i have a repair to do on my motormover as a rollers bearings disintegrated taking off my drive, karen very kindly allowed me excess to bobs workshop bench vice but unfortunately I still couldn't remove it but later on a garage did. New bearings on route to site with permission off karen, where else can you get service like this, I would highly recommend this site to anyone to relax.

On arriving it looked beautiful , But a few days in to our stay As a CARAVANER for 40 years. iv traveled the length of the UK. Things were not as it seemed our hard standing pitch was made up of old builders rubble consisting of crushed bricks, stones as big as chicken eggs, broken ceramic house tiles EVEN broken glass in places . The lovely photos on the web site with little ponds around the site Are NOT true thay are dirty stagnant water that smell awful with load of duck mess. And come the evening the place is full of nats and mosquitoes of the ponds. Its states dogs welcome BUT must be kept on leads AS per most camp site rules as we do with our dog. But many times we soar 2 CARAVANERS just letting there dogs run free. I believe in SECURITY But when you are chilling out on site out side your caravan after a lovely day out you have C.C.T.V camras on a 20 foot pole facing pitches day and night quite intimidating. also after 12 days in to our stay we had a few more days that we wanted to stay we had a phone call from the owner saying you will have to move pitches as some else whats that pitch we were on .WHEN THERE WERE 8 empty pitches available on site. Well you can imagine what we thought. As I was Not willing to pack up awning ECT ECT to move 30 yards. So with that we packed up AND continued our holiday further up the coast were we had A great last few days of our holiday. So on that note don't take what you see from photos on the internet as true. P.S DOGS WHERE NOT FROM ADJACENT SITE ONE WAS A BLACK LAB FROM PITCH 7A and the other was from one of the 3 seasonal vans parked up to the hedge row . And regards c.c.t.v. Camras pointing at pitches THIS is not being vindictive its infringing on your privacy. And I had the same comment off one of the other Van's parked there over the week that we were there. And it's got nothing to do with being ask to move to a nother pitch. And in regards being HAPPY to stay it was easier to put up with a further 6 days than move on. As we spent most of our days out. and as a farmers son I know the difference between black stagnant water and the fresh smells of flowers ECT. AND in regards pre bookings look after your tourist as thay are the CARAVANERS that spread the word. not your once or twice year CARAVANERS that disappear in the winter months . So I wish you the best.

Beautiful site, very well kept. The owners come round and make sure all is ok and take cash or bank transfer. Pitches are well spaced. It's nice and quiet and being Adults only, no risk of noisy kids. Will definitely return.
