Club House is a Grade II listed terraced cottage built from stone, its walls retaining the character of a traditional weaver's dwelling. The building sits in the rural hillside near Halifax, within reach of Hebden Bridge's independent shops, cafés and pubs. A wood burner occupies the living room for winter warmth, while exposed stonework and mullioned windows run through the interior. The ground floor holds a living room with Freeview television and DVD player, plus a kitchen and dining space equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Three steps lead to the entrance.
Upstairs is a single bedroom with a kingsize bed and a shower room with cubicle shower. The garden is lawned with a patio and furniture; a small unfenced pond sits within it. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided. One small car can park on site. No smoking is permitted indoors, and candles are not allowed. The property suits two people and allows one pet.
Hebden Bridge lies five minutes away, a town known for its creative atmosphere and independent businesses, as well as being the UK's first Walkers are Welcome destination. The Pennine Way and Hardcastle Crags are accessible for walking, and both the Peak District and Yorkshire Dales sit within an hour's drive. A Victorian railway station in Hebden Bridge offers direct services to Manchester and Leeds.
