Burry Port sits on one of south Wales's most walkable stretches of coast. The Millennium Coastal Path runs through here, connecting to Llanelli and the medieval town of Kidwelly; Pembrey Country Park and its beach are six miles away. The Gower lies to the east, Pembrokeshire to the west. Local pubs serve home-cooked food, and there's enough within the county—castles, gardens, beaches—to occupy a week without driving far.

Moss Cottage is a restored terraced house that sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles and a room with two single beds. There is one bathroom with bath and shower. The ground floor has a living and dining space with a woodburner and a kitchen with a breakfast bar; a separate toilet is also downstairs. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms retain original stripped floorboards and fireplaces. An enclosed courtyard with seating leads to a lawned garden beyond. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the stove are provided to start. A bike store is on site, and parking is on the road outside.

The cottage welcomes one pet free of charge and comes equipped with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate for younger children. No smoking inside. The entrance involves four steps from the courtyard.

Really nice place, never met the owners as it was booked through work. Beds really comfy and everything less food is provided for. The happers were a nice touch.
