Rose Cottage is a detached period property with character throughout. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor sit above ground-floor living spaces arranged in open plan: a sitting area with television and entertainment, dining room and kitchen equipped for proper cooking, plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. A cot and highchair are available for families with young children. One well-behaved pet stays free.
The cottage opens onto a small lawned garden with patio and furniture; four steps lead down to it. Private parking is on site, and there's a bike store for exploring the Millennium Coastal Path and its cycling networks. Llanelli sits near Pembrey Country Park, which has forest trails, a beach and recreational facilities including horse riding and a dry ski slope. Tenby, with its beaches and attractions, is within reach. A shop and pub stand 100 yards away; dining options are a little further. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The cottage is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with some basic provisions provided. If you are staying in colder times of the year there is a great looking wood burner with logs provided. The cottage is in a small village outside of Llanelli with a pub serving superb food directly opposite. The owner met us on arrival even though we had been delayed by heavy traffic and road closures and were about 4 hours late. We will definitely stay there again when we are in that part of Wales. Highly recommended.

This is the best air b&b we have ever stayed at. Beautiful cottage, clean, well kept, has everything you could need for your stay, comfy beds, amazing shower, even milk in the fridge! The owners are lovely and greeted us on arrival to show us around the cottage and they were only a txt away if we needed anything. We will be back :) Thankyou!!

We absolutely loved Rose Cottage and would recommend it to anyone! It's a lovely, comfortable cottage, which feels really homely and is extremely clean and well kept with everything you'll need for a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the water pressure for the shower is fantastic! The owners are very friendly, communicative and helpful, which made a huge difference to our holiday! They went above and beyond to help us out and ensure that we were comfortable and happy during our stay. We will definitely return, thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful long Bank Holiday weekend at Rose Cottage whilst attending a wedding at nearby Sylen Lakes. Rose cottage benefits from it’s own parking spot situated right next to it. A real home from home and our host met us upon arrival. John is the perfect host, very friendly and able to offer advice about local eatery’s and places to visit. Each bedroom was well appointed, with very comfortable beds. The setting of Rose Cottage is so lovely and quiet which made for a restful stay. I enjoyed a sunny breakfast in the front garden just such a lovely spot with idyllic views. As a keen runner I explored the local area which has wonderful scenery and of course some great hill climbs! For groceries there is a good size Co-op store within an easy five minute drive away. We would certainly return again and recommend Rose Cottage highly!
