About The Turbles
Tucked on the eastern edge of the Malvern Hills National Landscape, The Turbles is a tranquil adults-only retreat that draws campers seeking peace and gorgeous Worcestershire walking country. Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed and have their own exercise area, while trails radiate straight from the gate—a half-hour stroll brings you to Golden Valley's pond, home to resident ducks and geese, or you can reach a dog-friendly pub serving hot food in just ten minutes on foot. Welland village is a five-minute drive (or leisurely half-hour walk) away for provisions, with Great Malvern and Ledbury both quarter-hours by car for wider shopping and dining.
Fully-serviced grass pitches are spacious and well maintained, with electric hookups, showers, toilets and WiFi. Barbecues are permitted, so you can settle in for the evening as the sun dips behind the hills. The lack of children keeps things blissfully quiet, though some visitors note facilities can feel a touch basic for the price. Still, for couples and dog owners chasing rural calm and access to three counties in one sweep, this is a hard spot to beat.

What visitors say
Really lovely campsite, huge pitches, ehu and water on pitch, didn't use facilities but apparently very good. Short walk to The Plumecof Feathers, dog friendly pub. But beware of one of the dogs, we asked before we went in the garden with our 3 if it could be kept inside, which they did for us. Food looked good too. Lots of walks from site, the common is 15minutes away. Off site walks a couple the farmers cropped over the tracks🙄 Definitely would recommend. The dog walking field is very big too and enclosed.

We tow a touring caravan so can not speak for the self catering accommodation. However, for touring vans the site is ideal. Each pitch is fully serviced, with a 16amp ehp supply. The site is well maintained with an easily accessible elsan disposable point. The price per pitch £22 -£25 per night (2025 prices). It's ideally located near to the three Counties Showground and of course the Malvern hills. Sadly for families no children but ideal for couples. Would throughly recommend it.

A spacious campsite with electric and water hookup and no kids!!! Situated close to bottom of the Malvern hills a convenient location to explore from. There is a dog exercise field and a short walk across the fields to the local pub. On the down side. There is no grey water drain next to pitches and the toilet and shower block is limited in size and has two communal toilets. Not very practical and could do with replacing with separate male and female options. Not sure there was any cleaning whilst we were there over the weekend. If you want a quiet and convenient place to stay this is a great location. The pitches are all grass standing.
