What visitors say
Great Play area for the kids - both toddlers and a bit older. And it's kept clean & tidy. Coffee is cheap and from a push-button machine so I'd avoid next time. Jug of Dilute is madness priced at £3.50. Soap not working in dispenser in Toilet. Definitely some small improvements could be made.

Good play area for the kids but for the parents the wifi was terrible and tables were all coated in a sticky residue from whatever they use to clean them. No soap or working hand drier in the toilets either.

Positives: The soft play itself was great. A really good area for kids and, thankfully, it was clean and well maintained. The kids definitely enjoyed themselves. Negatives: The food, however… where do I even start? We paid £10.95 for loaded fries for three adults and honestly, I’m still trying to work out what part of the meal was supposed to be “loaded”. The chips looked and tasted like they had been reheated from three days ago. I genuinely wouldn’t have paid £2 for what was served to us, never mind nearly £11. The wait was also ridiculous considering we appeared to be the only people ordering food at the time. If that was the service when it was quiet, I’d be afraid to see what happens when the place is actually busy. And then came the kids’ sausage meal. I honestly wouldn’t have given those sausages to my dog, never mind a child. The quality was absolutely shocking. It’s such a shame because the soft play itself is good, but the food really lets the place down. £10.95 for those loaded fries felt less like lunch and more like a personal attack. Would definitely return for the soft play — but I’ll be bringing snacks from home!
