The Bushmills Inn Hotel

Simply put, this is one of the most relaxing hotels in the country. Room was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great. We also ate at the hotel and the food was excellent. Highlights 1: Large comfy room (master distillers suite) 2: Quiet, didn’t hear anything 3: lovely view from room 4: great food (dinner and breakfast) 5: warm and friendly staff 6: super re charge location for a kid free night 7: Close to walks and beaches.

Great place, great food, great service, all at a great price. Sat in a nice spot in the corner in a high pew chair, just got to sit and relax, but it felt like a throne. Staff were nice and welcoming, and the whole place had a vibe that few others ever reach. It was great. The food was great, filling and delicious at the same time. Go here. You won't regret it.

The name and setting lead you to expect a cozy, unpretentious tavern-style meal — think hearty portions, rustic charm, and reasonable prices. What you actually get is something far closer to a fine dining experience, for better and for worse. The food is good, the presentation is genuinely beautiful, and the attention to detail is clear. But when the bill arrives, you start doing the math — and it doesn't quite add up. You're paying gourmet restaurant prices for dishes that, while tasty, don't quite reach that level. We left satisfied but not stuffed, and with that lingering feeling of having spent more than the experience warranted. If you know going in that this is a fancy night out rather than a casual inn dinner, you might enjoy it more. But if you're walking in expecting a humble, wholesome meal, you might walk out a little disappointed — and a little lighter in the wallet than planned. Worth a visit for the atmosphere and the lovely plating, but temper your expectations and maybe check the menu prices before you sit down. I can't speak to the hotel itself, but as a dining experience alone, it left me wanting a little more for what it costs.

The service was excellent. We were in a room on the first floor. The receptionist helped us with the bags and made sure we were settled in. It’s a cozy hotel right in the center of town and minutes away from the giants causeway. There is parking onsite. The rooms and the bathroom were a tad small. The bar and food at the bar was great. The breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic as well. The staff at the bar and the restaurant were very attentive and friendly and made sure we had a great experience.
