About Higher Elms Farm Certificated Location

Crewe sits in the heart of Cheshire, a railway town surrounded by farmland. Higher Elms Farm Certificated Location occupies 400 acres of working dairy farm on the town's edge, a working landscape rather than a manicured park. The site offers showers, free Wi-Fi and a guest kitchen for campers to use, plus a small gift shop. The setting gives a genuine sense of being on a functional farm rather than a dedicated holiday ground.

This is a low-key site suited to those who want a straightforward camping experience without resort facilities. Crewe itself is walkable for shops and services, and the surrounding farmland is open for exploring on foot.

Very friendly owner. The site has lovely views. Just 5 electric pitches. Reasonable charges, basic facilities. We loved it and will return.

Elsan a bit of a trek, posted fees through letterbox as couldn't find anyone on site. Simple slightly slope field. Spectacular sunsets and night sky. Pleasant undisturbed weekend. Stayed 11th November for 3 nights.
