What visitors say
Just perfect, lovely quiet canal side setting. The pub is very cosy and usually fully booked for food which isnt a surprise. I had a stone baked pizza on the first night whilst camping, which was delicious. The Guiness was perfect and the roast dinner is one of the best ive had in a long time. The staff are very friendly and attentive, its a hidden gem with beeston castle on its door step offers good walks and space to unwind. 10/10 thank you

Lovely pub by the canal. Very busy at the weekends of course. Great duo live music last week for elderly folk like me.
