Before you get in touch about a booking
We are a guide, not a booking agent. We cannot help with reservations, changes, cancellations or refunds — we do not take bookings and have no access to any booking system.
If you booked through a link on this site, your reservation is with the accommodation provider or with Booking.com, and they are the people who can help. Check your confirmation email for their contact details and booking reference.
Response times
We aim to reply within three working days. Corrections are usually actioned faster than that, often the same day, because they are quick to verify and fix.
