Tan Rallt Caravan Park

We had a fabulous stay at this site. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. One moment that really stood out was when the kitchen had already closed, yet they still allowed my order to go through — something I was very grateful for, especially as I was feeling a little peckish. I truly appreciated the extra effort, knowing it may have been inconvenient for the kitchen team. The food was lovely and beautifully presented, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained — a real highlight of our stay. If I had to mention one small negative, it would be that privacy is slightly limited as the caravans are quite close together. However, once you settle in and relax, you quickly forget about everything else. Parking can be a little tight, but if you’re a confident driver, it shouldn’t be a problem at all. Overall, a fantastic experience — thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

Visited friends mum at their holiday home here . Site in general is nice. Used the Spa but felt very rushed as your only allowed 1 hour slot, not long to use gym then use facilities then get a shower!!! Went to the cliffs, really nice meal there, and the staff where pleasant and polite. The only thing was the noise of a night. Noisey holiday guests who where very loud the 3 nights we where there. (Our friends family who are owners on the site said this is now normal behaviour) loud music, loud talking and screaming, in hot tub until early hours. No security to be seen to tell them. I actually feel sorry for owners on the site who are being disturbed of a night. We have visited in the past and was never this noisey. Was looking to buy a caravan here myself (one of reasons for visiting) but think we are going to look at another site.

Currently on my last night of a 3 night stay. This is my second time here and it's been perfect. We are staying up at the very top, the views are breathtaking I've spent such time on thw balcony just watching the scenery. Right next to the lodge is a gate and behind that gate live 3 sheep! Every morning they have been there, they are friendly and oh so sweet! We also visited the on site restaurant and it was 5 star service and food! The server was brilliant and very kind to my son, I didn't get his name but he was working so hard today, thank you 😊 We found the playground this time too, it's simple but it's beautiful. I hope to visit again very soon, everyone is wonderful and extremely friendly.

If the staff hadn't been so absolutely brilliant, this would have been 2 stars. Every member of staff we spoke to was superb. The hot tub was clean and in good working order and it was nice to have a little veranda. The caravans are really squeezed in together. Luckily, there was nobody in the van next to us and over the road, otherwise we would have had no privacy at all. Due to the proximity of the other caravans, it was not exactly peaceful. We booked an 8 berth van that stated 'a pull down bed in living room'. There was no pull down bed, I simply slept on the sofa. Fortunately, one of our party was unable to come, so there were 4 of us. The accommodation was small, and 4 was enough. There was some mould in the bathroom, and the shower would benefit from a handle as the floor got really slippery. The site was too hilly for my elderly mum to walk around comfortably (my fault for not reading the information on the site in detail) and there is nothing off the site within walking distance. However, there are plenty of places to visit that are easy to drive to. The park is immaculately clean and well kept. Again, I would like to praise the staff and their friendly manner.
